Blueshift Sailing Team

Presentation

In 2020, at the age of 21, Charles Dorange became the owner of ETF26 No. 0 with the support of Jean Pierre Dick, marking the beginning of his journey with the initial team named “Youth Foiling Team.” By 2022, with a team entirely composed of young students, they secured an excellent second place in the circuit rankings, ensuring the project’s continuity. Although the team underwent some changes since then, their performance ambitions remain intact.

Two years ago, he decided to collaborate with a young Belgian talent, Henri Demesmaeker, to launch a new project called the “Blueshift Sailing Team.” He and Henri complement each other both athletically and personally, and they are committed to achieving their long-term ambitions. Leveraging their complementary skills and shared goals, they have established a sustainable professional project.

For the 2024 season, aiming to compete at the highest level and target victory on the circuit, they turned to Swann Hayewski. Swann, a young athlete from Guadeloupe with a background in dinghy sailing in the 470 class, has recently distinguished himself in offshore racing, notably in the last Transat Jacques Vabre.

Their goal now is to win the ETF26 circuit in 2024 and shine among other international teams.
